Dawne Hickton

Ms. Hickton is the current Chair, CEO, and lead investor of Cumberland Additive, Inc., an innovative new technology additive manufacturing business in the aerospace, defense, and space requirements. Immediately prior to her current role, Ms. Hickton served as Executive Vice President of Jacobs (NYSE:J) and President of its Critical Mission Solutions line of business. Ms. Hickton had previously been elected to the Board of Directors of Jacobs in 2015 where she served on the Audit and Governance committees of the Board. In 2019, due to an executive's abrupt departure, she moved into the Executive role. Prior to her position at Jacobs, from 2007 until 2015, Ms. Hickton was the Vice Chair, President, and CEO of RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE:RTI) a billion dollar, vertically integrated global supplier of advanced titanium and specialty metals fabricated structural products for the aerospace, defense and energy markets.

Prior to assuming the role as CEO at RTI, Hickton had been in executive management roles at the Company including finance and administration, and prior to joining the executive team at RTI, Hickton was employed as a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh from 1994 - 1997. She started her career at United States Steel Corporation and spent over ten years working in a legal capacity on matters in the steel division, mining business, mid in the construction business under the American Bridge division of U. S. Steel.

Ms. Hickton received her undergraduate degree from University of Rochester and Juris Doctorate of University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
