Kennametal CEO and CFO to Certify Financial Statements With 10-K Filing

LATROBE, Pa., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kennametal Inc. (NYSE: KMT) today announced that Markos I. Tambakeras, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and F. Nicholas Grasberger III, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, expect to sign and file sworn certifications with the Securities and Exchange Commission affirming the company's Form 10-K which is due in late September.
